fundingport is a platform on which renewable energy projects and medium and large corporates can find a suitable financing partner. The fundingport team has more than 20 years experience in that sector. Users profit from free of charge access, access to broad network of tailored debt capital providers, guidance to create set of credit approval relevant documents and information, high confidentiality, reduced time of approval process, access to monitoring tools during lifetime of the loan and tendering and cost reduction of external due diligence providers (technical, legal, tax,…) and advisers (legal advisers for documentation,…).

Europace - Germany’s biggest financial market for mortgage finance, building finance and personal loans – joins the family of Hypoport Sofia. Our development approach is based on cutting-edge technologies, data science and augmented intelligence.
Europace is Germany’s leading transaction platform for mortgage finance, building finance and personal loans. As a FinTech company, we look back at 20 years of technology experience and are also considered to be the innovation driver in the German financial world. With around 200 employees, we connect more than 500 banks, insurance companies and financial service providers with our web-based transaction platform. The EUROPACE B2B marketplace makes the selling of financial products to private clients possible. A fully integrated system links a large number of banks and insurers with several thousand financial advisors, thereby enabling products to be sold swiftly and directly.
